Casey has an M.S. in Sports Administration from Western Kentucky University, and a B.A. in Communications from Indiana University Southeast. He also sharpened his skills while playing baseball for Indiana University Southeast from 2006 to 2010, and then moved on to be the Director of Baseball Operations for US Baseball Academy, the nation's largest training camps! From Casey:

"I have worked with lots of elite athletes, including some the most premier athletes in Louisville and Southern Indiana. However, my greatest attribute is my ability to relate to each young athlete and teach to their specific learning method.  If you would like to improve your game and take it to the next level, come and train with KC Baseball Performance LLC."

Tyler Mills

Hitting Specialist

Tyler Mills is a true all-star who is excited to share his knowledge of the game with our athletes. He attended IMG Academy his junior year of high school, and as a senior he lead his team to their highest ranking in school history, taking 12th in the state and batted .404. After high school he attended Northeastern Junior College and is currently at IUS. In the 2020 season, he hit 600 through the first 10 games and ended the season with .415. We are so excited he’s here, and know he will make a fantastic addition to our staff.

Brian Edelen

Pitching Specialist

Brian is a financial advisor here in the Louisville/Indiana area. He is a Louisville Male High School product and spent his college years playing for Campbellsville University ('07-'08) and Western Kentucky University ('09-'11).  In 2011 Brian was selected by the Kansas City Royals to continue his playing career in their farm system, where he spent 2 seasons with the club. Following the end of his baseball career Brian has continued to give back to the game by giving pitching lessons, speaking to teams, and conducting camps across multiple different states.

From Brian:

"My goal is to help the younger generation understand the mental aspect of pitching, prevent injury, and hold them accountable for their efforts towards progress. I believe that proper mechanics and a strong foundation can help younger athletes take control of the game and be able to compete in the strike zone. The game of baseball takes hard work at every level but we cannot for get to smile and laugh along the way. I look forward to working with all skills and ages at KC Baseball Performance."
