Casey Crawley
Owner and Instructor
Casey has an M.S. in Sports Administration from Western Kentucky University, and a B.A. in Communications from Indiana University Southeast. He also sharpened his skills while playing baseball for Indiana University Southeast from 2006 to 2010, and then moved on to be the Director of Baseball Operations for US Baseball Academy, the nation's largest training camps! Casey has also competed with Ironmen in the 2016/17 season, and a Travel Baseball Organization, and was Varsity Head Assistant Coach for Louisville Eastern High School.

Ryan Brink
Baseball Specialist
Ryan is a 2017 graduate of Nashville Community High School (Nashville Illinois). He went on to play at St. Charles Community College then Southern Illinois University Edwardsville where he earned a B.A. in Business Administration. Ryan received the 2017 Southern Illinois Player of the Year award his senior year of high school. His sophomore year of college he received the region 16 pitcher of the year award posting a 2.85 ERA with 54 strikeouts in 66.1 innings while also batting .373. He now works for a local company out of Sellersburg Indiana and is an account manager.
Adam McKain
Baseball & Softball Hitting & Fielding Specialist
After playing high school baseball, Adam went on to play in men’s league softball for the next 15 years. His love for the game didn’t stop there, when his oldest was 5 years old, his baseball and softball playing days were over, and his coaching career began. Since then he’s coached teams of all levels ranging from little league to high-level travel ball. As an offensive minded coach, hitting is his specialty. He’s a student of the game and always looking for an edge he can bring to his teams and individuals.
Clayton George
Pitching Specialist
Clayton is a 2008 graduate from Austin High School in Austin, Indiana. A four-year starter on a team that made the deepest postseason run in school history, capturing the school’s lone IHSAA Class 2A Regional Title to date. He finished his high school career 10-0 on the mound, for a 30-3 squad, while also being the everyday catcher for his four years. Clayton continued his playing career at Pasco-Hernando Community College in New Port Richey, Florida, as a relief pitcher for the 2008 & 2009 seasons. After graduating from PHCC, he finished his college playing career at Indiana University Southeast for the 2010 season as a member of the pitching staff. Clayton is married to his wife of 11 years, Morgan, and has two children (Sutton & Harper). He is a former middle school teacher, cross country coach, and track coach. Currently, Clayton is the Pro Wood Bat Manager at Louisville Slugger.
April Cavins
Softball Pitching Specialist
April began at Floyd Central High School where she was named an All-State pitcher three years in a row, 2005-2007. She continued here career at Northern Kentucky University, where she graduated with a BS in Accounting and set several pitching records. Most notably, career strikeouts, 876 from 2008-2011. Now days she’s seen with her husband Ryan, chasing their dreams.
Kaitlyn (KK) Whitlock
Slap & Hit Specialist
Kaitlyn (KK) Whitlock is currently a Junior at Silver Creek High School and is a Varsity player. She was on the Fusion 16u National team who won the Platinum PGF National Championship in California. She was coached by Jennifer Hunt and Shanon Searle. She currently plays for Fusion Gibson Premier, coached by Nate Gibson. She has taken lessons from Chelsea Jordan (played at Louisville) as well as Gabbi Jenkins (played and now coaches at Indiana).
Justin Franz
Catching & Hitting Specialist
In his time at Jeffersonville High School, Justin was a 3 year varsity starter for the Red Devils and played most of his innings in the outfield. Sophomore year he had a .511 batting average for the season. After graduating in 2012, he went on to play in college at IU Southeast, where he was a catcher and 1st baseman. Post college, he was offered a spot on the coaching staff as a student assistant, then a grad assistant. While coaching, Justin’s focus was on fielding, hitting and catching. After his time as a coach, he went to Vero Beach, Florida for pro school to pursue Umpiring. After pro school, stayed in Florida to work a winter league. Justin is now umpiring college ball for the River States Conference while also working professional baseball, and in his 3rd season for the Frontier League!
